Another week, another menu plan! We are still continuing with our whole foods planning and waiting to plant our fall garden!
Who knows, maybe I'll even cook with some of my funky aprons I made this weekend! (see post below!)
Monday: Black bean tostadas
Tuesday: Veggie omelets
Wednesday: Stuffed cabbage leaves in tomato sauce
Thursday:
Grilled veggie pizzasFriday: Stir fry veggies over brown rice
Saturday: 10 grain pancakes with apple and cinnamon compote and a side of bacon.
Sunday: Roasted chicken and brussells sprouts
A pretty simple menu plan because I have the feeling it's going to be a busy week!
