Broc & Carrot Slaw

I was looking for a healthy snack to keep in the fridge for when we get the munchies. I had gone to the local grocery store and saw a bag of "broccoli slaw" and thought, hey, I can make that! So I bought two huge stalks of organic broccoli and a bag of organic carrots and shredded them in the food processor. The color was just gorgeous! I then quadrupled the "basic dressing" recipe in Nourishing Traditions (substituted red wine vinegar for the raw vinegar and added a tablespoon of honey)and poured it over the top.
This stuff is seriously good...seriously!
